Construction of the third sewage sludge dryer in Bonndorf (Germany)

Following the successful commissioning of two ELODRY® sewage sludge dryers in Loganholme Australia, a third has been commissioned

The successful operation of the two ELODRY dryers has been paying off since April 2022: The sludge volume is decreasing, sewage sludge transports and disposal costs are reduced. In Loganholme, sewage sludge is sustainably and economically converted into valuable biochar through drying and carbonisation. With the expansion, the plant will become one of the largest of its kind in the world. In Australia, it is the first plant to produce biochar from sewage sludge
